Accountant

(Experience: 2-3 Yrs)

The role involves recording the accounting entries for foreign entities in Tally (Mandatory), O2C (order-to-cash), R2R (record-to-report) and P2P (purchase-to-pay) related reconciliations, Calculation of TDS, GST and other compliances, Preparation of invoice for clients, Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, Ensure timely bank payments, Compute taxes and prepare tax returns, Comply with financial policies and regulations, Preparation of MIS.

Indirect Tax

(Experience: 2-3 Yrs)

The role involves expertise in Goods and Services Tax (GST) and a strong understanding of indirect tax laws. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and filing GSTR 1, 3B, 9, and 9C, and reconciling Input Tax Credit (ITC) with Books of Account and GSTR 2A/2B. The role also requires the ability to respond effectively to notices received from the GST department. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, is essential. The candidate should be capable of independently handling litigation matters and be familiar with laws related to Customs, Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), and Special Economic Zones (SEZ). This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment where innovation and growth are encouraged.

Payroll Consultant

(Experience: Min 2 - 3 Yrs)

The role involves undertaking the payroll & related HR assignment effectively, Understanding of onboarding and data management, Knowledge on Leave & Attendance process, Understanding of various HR policies roll forward in India, Proficiency on the HR software like GreytHR, Workday, SAP, ERP etc and modules to cover Hire to Retire, Knowledge of payroll elements, taxes, labour law(Specifically PF, ESIC, LWF, PTAX etc) & compensation, Payroll processing, Employee query handling, Proficient on Microsoft office i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc, Working experience with the consulting firm will be an edge.

Indirect Tax

The role involves basic knowledge of GST, Should have written & verbal communication skills, Candidate having hands on experience on accounting software would be preferred, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Demonstrate intermediate to advanced skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications.
